Position Charter “Starter Kit” Technical Training
Enable™.PH developed a training program (called starter kits) for every position available in the hotel & resort (at least 45 positions). The program focuses on the performance of the technical tasks. The starter kits are used to get the hotel professional ready for work in 12 days.
